One minute we had water at the house. Then none. We went to the dam and found the plug on the drain pipe out.
The entire flow of the creek (after a day with 4 inches of rain) was coming out the pipe and we couldn't reinsert the plug.
Back to the house. Make a plug for the upstream end of the pipe. Back to the dam. Put in the plug.
The reservoir filled in a minute.
